Terms of Service

By accessing or using Urban Blooms (operated by Righteous Truths), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and other users.

You agree to use Urban Blooms only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without prior written permission
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Urban Blooms

Sellers on Urban Blooms are independent creators, not employees or agents of Righteous Truths. As a seller, you agree to:

• Upload only original designs or content you have full rights to sell
• Provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, file formats, and pricing
• Fulfill orders promptly and maintain professional communication with buyers
• Ensure all DTF print files meet the platform's technical requirements (minimum 300 DPI, PNG format, transparent background where applicable)
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations for your jurisdiction
• Not list the same product across multiple storefronts to manipulate search ranking
• Respond to buyer disputes within 48 hours of notification

Sellers acknowledge that a 15% commission is retained by Urban Blooms on every completed sale. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after a standard holding period.

As a buyer, you have the right to receive products that match their listed descriptions and specifications, report quality defects within 48 hours of receiving your order, receive a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund) for verified defects, and access your order history and download digital files you have purchased.

Custom and made-to-order DTF prints are produced specifically for you. All sales are final except in cases of quality defects. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All transactions on Urban Blooms are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Urban Blooms to charge the payment method provided.

Urban Blooms retains a 15% commission on every sale. Sellers receive 85% of the listed sale price. This commission covers platform maintenance, payment processing, fraud protection, and customer support.

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Urban Blooms is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

All designs uploaded to Urban Blooms remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By listing a design, sellers grant Urban Blooms a limited, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and process the design solely for platform operations.

Urban Blooms' branding, logo, UI, and original content are owned by Righteous Truths and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, contact us at support@urbanblooms.art with documentation.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Urban Blooms:

• Hate speech, content promoting violence, or material targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Sexually explicit content or nudity
• Content that infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights without authorization
• Designs depicting illegal activity, glorifying drug use, or promoting self-harm
• Counterfeit brand logos, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, or plagiarized artwork
• Content designed to deceive or defraud buyers

Urban Blooms reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity or chargebacks abuse, receives repeated unresolved buyer complaints, attempts to circumvent the platform's commission structure, or uploads prohibited content.

Upon termination, pending seller balances will be reviewed and paid out or forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users may appeal a suspension by contacting support@urbanblooms.art within 14 days.

Urban Blooms is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform is built on the Internet Computer blockchain, which provides decentralized infrastructure but is not immune to downtime or technical issues.

Righteous Truths may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Urban Blooms after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
